自体骨髓的体外净化是防止急性白血病移植后复发_的关键问题之一。但单用加热,体外净化的功效尚弱。近来实验研究认为局麻剂普鲁卡因联合加热能够显著增强加热对白血病祖细胞的杀灭作用,而对正常粒单祖细胞影响较小。我们对3例急非淋患者骨髓体外净化后进行了移植,获得成功,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 病例:3例均经本院作形态、组织化学、染色体检查确诊的急性早幼粒细胞白血病,2男、1女;年龄24至45岁;CR1为2例,CR2为1例;至净化移植时已缓解10至25个月。 1.2 方法 1.2.1 骨髓的采集:采髓前1周抽取患者自体血400mL,以供采髓时回输,采出髓液用含肝素及庆大
In vitro purification of autologous bone marrow is one of the key issues in preventing relapse after acute leukemia transplantation.
