本文结合我军传染病防控特点,界定了军队传染病防控能力生成模式的内涵,构建出了一个用于评估军队传染病防控能力生成模式的指标体系,并将层次分析法与专家评判方法有机结合,对军队传染病防控能力生成模式评估指标体系进行了实证分析。
