目的评估肾小球滤过率方程对老年2型糖尿病的实用性。方法选取116例老年2型糖尿病患者,按年龄分为60~69岁、70~79岁、≥80岁三组,计算估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR),研究各公式年龄与eGFR相关性。结果随年龄增长,eGFR[eGFR_1为(98.90±24.21)、(90.18±26.20)、(71.02±16.78)ml/min;eGFR_2为(122.67±30.11)、(111.19±32.41)、(87.61±20.72)ml/min;eGFR_3为(108.86±29.11)、(100.22±30.78)、(76.14±21.03)ml/min;eGFR_4为(87.82±20.61)、(71.33±20.31)、(52.13±8.67)ml/min]逐渐下降,只有C-G公式三组之间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);eGFR与年龄相关性比较,方程1、2、3、4相关性分别为:=-0.254、-0.261、-0.248、-0.461。r结论老年2型糖尿病人群中,简化MDRD方程﹑中国简化MDRD方程4﹑中国简化MDRD方程5及随增龄逐渐下降;简化MDRD方程﹑中国简化MDRD方程4﹑中国简化MDRD方程5与年龄成均呈负相关,C-G方程与年龄相关性最强。
Objective To assess the utility of the glomerular filtration rate equation for type 2 diabetes in the elderly. Methods One hundred and sixty-one elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled and divided into three groups according to their age: 60-69 years old, 70-79 years old, and ≥80 years old. The glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was calculated and the correlation between age and eGFR . Results With increasing age, the eGFR 1 levels in eGFR_1 group were (98.90 ± 24.21) and (90.18 ± 26.20) and (71.02 ± 16.78) ml / min respectively, and those in eGFR_2 group were (122.67 ± 30.11) and (111.19 ± 32.41) and (87.61 ± 20.72) / min; eGFR_3 was (108.86 ± 29.11), (100.22 ± 30.78), (76.14 ± 21.03) ml / min; eGFR_4 was (87.82 ± 20.61), (71.33 ± 20.31), (52.13 ± 8.67) ml / min] (P <0.05). Compared with the age-related eGFR, the correlations of the equations 1, 2, 3 and 4 were respectively: -0.254, -0.261, -0.248, -0.461. r Conclusions Among the elderly with type 2 diabetes, the simplified MDRD equation, the simplified MDRD equation of China 4, the simplified MDRD equation of China 5 and their gradual decline with increasing age, the simplified MDRD equation, simplified Chinese MDRD equation 4, simplified Chinese MDRD equation 5 and average age Negative correlation, CG equation and the age-related strongest.
