目的:确证新生牛促肝细胞生长因子( H G F)的理化性质及生物学特性。方法:采用高效液相 色谱法( H P L C)、 S D S聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳( S D S P A G E)、紫外扫描、同位素3 H胸苷掺入法(3 H Td R)测定 H G F的理化性质及生物学特性。结果: H G F主要为小分子肽,具有刺激损伤肝细胞 D N A 合成,促进肝细胞再生的功能。结论: H G F 具有良好的肝脏保护与治疗作用。
Objective: To confirm the physical and chemical properties and biological characteristics of neonatal bovine hepatocyte growth factor (HG F). Methods: High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), UV scanning and isotope 3H-thymidine incorporation Td R) was used to determine the physico-chemical properties and biological properties of H G F. Results: H G F was mainly composed of small peptides with the function of stimulating the synthesis of D N A in hepatocytes and promoting the regeneration of hepatocytes. Conclusion: H G F has good liver protection and therapeutic effect.
