一、概述按照CNAS-CL07:2011《测量不确定度要求》的要求,一般情况下,报告校准结果时,应同时给出相应的测量不确定度,特别是当被测量的值是一个范围时,其校准和测量能力(CMC)的表示必须覆盖被测量范围的每一个量值。为满足这一要求,本文以质量比较仪XP205为例,依据JJF1326-2011《质量比较仪校准规范》,借助Excel电子表格,计算质量比较仪XP205在0~200g范围内所有测量点的扩展不确定度。并用CNAS-CL07:2011提出的CMC的5种表示方式分别表示测试结果。
