滚齿作为高生产率的加工方法,在渐开线圆柱齿轮加工中得到广泛的应用,滚削齿轮的各精度项目中,最难于保证的往往是齿形精度。随着滚齿机精度的不断提高,在影响滚削齿轮齿形精度的众多因素之中,滚刀的几何精度和安装精度所占的比例越来越大,甚至起决定性的作用.滚刀精度对滚削齿轮齿形精度的影响,常常是很复杂的.同一把滚刀当创成刀齿位置不同或其安装误差不同时,加工齿轮的齿形误差可有一较大的变化范围。若能简便地由滚刀误差推定滚削齿轮的齿形误差,或有目的地适当词整滚刀的安装误差,对于提高滚齿加工精度和加强滚齿加工质量管理是十分有利的.为此目的,本文提出了由滚刀几何误差和安装误差计算滚削齿轮齿形误差的方法。通过微型计算机编制程序,此方法可在生产现场中方便地应用.
As a high-productivity machining method, hobbing teeth are widely used in involute cylindrical gear machining. The most difficult to guarantee in precision machining of hobbing gears is tooth profile accuracy. With the continuous improvement of the accuracy of hobbing machine, among the many factors that affect the accuracy of hobbing gear tooth profile, the geometric accuracy and mounting accuracy of hob hobge more and more, and even play a decisive role. The influence of gear tooth profile accuracy is often complicated.When the same hob is made into a different tooth position or its installation error, the gear tooth profile error can have a larger range. If it is easy to estimate the tooth profile error of the hobbing gear by the hob error or the installation error of the hobbing machine with the proper aim and purpose, it is very advantageous to improve the hobbing accuracy and strengthen the hobbing quality management. The purpose of this paper is to propose a method to calculate the tooth profile error of the hobbing gear by the geometry error and installation error of the hob. Through microcomputer programming, this method can be easily applied in the production site.
