当抗性株螺感染曼氏血吸虫时,血吸虫的毛蚴被循环的血细胞包裹,在感染后的24—48h被消灭,而其它易感株螺对毛蚴感染几乎没有细胞反应,使血吸虫能在宿主螺中定居。螺宿主对血吸虫毛蚴易感性的确切机制尚不清楚,可能是:1)易感螺缺乏引起有效的抗血吸虫应答的特异性识别分子;2)毛蚴通过逃避螺体内的防御反应而存活。而不能识别异己的机制可能是血吸虫产物与螺血淋巴成分的特异性结合所介导。以往的研究
