目的探讨高校辅导员工作中的突发事件应对方式特点。方法采用自编高校辅导员工作中的突发事件应对方式问卷对509名辅导员进行调查。结果高校辅导员在使用转移注意力和寻求情感支持这2个应对方式的频次上存在性别差异(t=2.385,P<0.05;t=4.710,P<0.001);在使用转移注意力、抱怨、正视与解决问题这3个应对方式的频次上存在学校类型差异(F=6.657,7.438,4.911;P<0.01);在使用抱怨应对的频次上存在着专业背景差异(t=2.840,P<0.05)。结论高校辅导员在应对突发事件时使用转移注意力、寻求情感支持这2个应对方式受性别因素影响;在使用转移注意力、抱怨、正视与解决问题这3个应对方式时受所在学校类型因素影响;在使用抱怨应对时受专业背景因素影响。
Objective To explore the characteristics of emergency response in college counselors. Methods A total of 509 counselors were investigated using the questionnaire of emergency response styles in the work of college counselors. Results There was a gender difference (t = 2.385, P <0.05; t = 4.710, P <0.001) in college counselors’ frequency of use of distraction and emotional support; in the use of distraction, complaints, (F = 6.657, 7.438, 4.911; P <0.01). There was a significant difference in the frequency of coping responses (t = 2.840, P <0.05) ). Conclusion The counselors in colleges and universities should use the attention transfer and the emotional support when dealing with unexpected events, which are affected by the gender. When using the three coping strategies, such as diverting attention, complaining, facing up and solving problems, Factors affected; use of complaints to deal with the impact of the professional background.
