以韭菜迟眼蕈蚊为试虫,采用药液灌根法,研究了石灰氮对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊不同虫态的毒力、田间控制效果及对韭菜的安全性,以期寻找出防治韭蛆的高效安全产品。结果表明:石灰氮对韭蛆幼虫毒杀活性高,尤其是对低龄幼虫最高;对卵和蛹的毒杀效果低于幼虫。室内试验表明石灰氮对成虫产卵有明显的驱避效果;盆栽试验和田间试验表明成虫发生期施用石灰氮对韭蛆控制效果明显,幼虫期施用也有较好的杀虫效果;田间安全性试验结果表明,667m~2石灰氮用量1.5~6.0kg对韭菜安全无害,且能有效提高韭菜产量。
