合理缩小城乡差距的关键是提高农村人口创造财富能力和调整现有国民财富分配格局前,我国经济社会发展面临的突出矛盾较多。其中,城乡收入分配差距过大已成为影响社会稳定和经济发展的重要因素。尤其农村中较低收入人群过大已对培育内需潜能、维护社会稳定和促进各阶层人群有序转化造成较大威胁。某种程度而言,优化城乡收入分配格局是我国未来经济社会稳定发展的基本要求,解决相关问题已较为紧迫。
The key to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas reasonably is to raise the rural population's ability to create wealth and to adjust the distribution pattern of the existing national wealth. There are many prominent contradictions facing China's economic and social development. Among them, the gap between urban and rural income distribution has become an important factor affecting social stability and economic development. In particular, the over-large-income population in rural areas has posed a great threat to cultivating the potential for domestic demand, maintaining social stability and promoting the orderly transformation of people at all levels. To some extent, optimizing the pattern of income distribution in urban and rural areas is the basic requirement for the steady economic and social development of our country in the future. It is urgent to solve the relevant problems.
