钝顶螺旋藻 (SpirulinaplatensisGeitler)培养在低浓度NaHCO3 ( 2~5g/dm3 )和适量生长素QS( 0 .5~ 5mg/dm3 )中 ,研究了生长素QS对钝顶螺旋藻生长、生物量和生化组成的影响 ,结果表明 ,在生长素QS为 1mg/dm3 ,NaHCO3 浓度为5g/dm3 时 ,钝顶螺旋藻的生长最好 ,生物量、蛋白质及总碳水化合物的含量也与高浓度NaHCO3 ( 8g/dm3 )培养条件下的基本相同 ,说明生长素QS的加入在一定程度上可降低NaHCO3 的使用量 ,而不影响钝顶螺旋藻生长、生物量和生化组成。因而生长素QS在钝顶螺旋藻的养殖中可作为NaHCO3 部分替代剂 ,从而达到降低养殖成本的目的。
Spirulina platensisGeitler was cultured in low concentration of NaHCO3 (2 ~ 5g / dm3) and proper amount of auxin QS (0 ~ 5 ~ 5mg / dm3) to study the auxin QS on the growth of Spirulina platensis, biomass and The results showed that the growth of Spirulina platensis was the best when the auxin QS was 1 mg / dm3 and the NaHCO3 concentration was 5 g / dm3. The biomass, protein and total carbohydrate content were also correlated with the concentration of NaHCO3 ( 8g / dm3) culture conditions are basically the same, indicating that the addition of auxin QS can reduce the amount of NaHCO3 to a certain extent, without affecting the growth, biomass and biochemical composition of Spirulina platensis. Therefore, auxin QS can be used as partial substitute of NaHCO3 in the culture of Spirulina platensis so as to reduce the breeding cost.
