在摩托车气缸头加工过程中,气门导套内孔的加工要求较高,一般设计直径尺寸公差为7级,圆柱度0.005mm,而气门导套内孔的细长比通常小于1/6,加上气门导套要求材料的耐磨性高,故加工较困难。因此加工余量的变化常常会引起加工质量问题,如圆柱度超差(通常为斜锥孔);孔径变大;颤动刀痕等。
