目的分析住院患者药房用药咨询情况,以促进合理用药。方法回顾性分析厦门市中医院2015年9月—2016年9月住院药房的用药咨询对象、形式、内容。结果咨询对象以医生、护士为主。咨询形式以电话咨询为主。咨询内容以药物的用法与用量、具体药品的有无、溶媒的选择、药物的皮试问题、药物名称与成分等方面为主。结论通过用药咨询服务,提高药学服务水平,促进临床合理用药。
Objective To analyze inpatient pharmacy medication counseling to promote rational drug use. Methods Retrospective analysis of the consultation, object, form and content of the inpatient pharmacies in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2015 to September 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results of consultation to doctors, nurses. Advisory form to the main telephone counseling. Consultation to the use and dosage of drugs, the availability of specific drugs, the choice of solvent, the drug skin test questions, the main drug name and composition. Conclusion Through the use of counseling services to improve the level of pharmacy services and promote clinical rational use of drugs.
