文章对浮动断接器安装精度体系进行了研究,分析了系统各安装环节的误差源及影响,并建立了单项误差模型,采用多环节极限误差累积的方法分析了最大误差传递链路;并在此基础上提出了在对接机构坐标系下直接控制液路浮动断接器安装精度的优化控制方法;可依据此方法确定对液路浮动断接器浮动能力的要求。最后通过液路浮动断接器实际安装和地面插合/分离试验,验证了浮动能力指标确定方法与精度控制措施的正确性。
In this paper, the system of mounting precision of floating disconnector is studied. The error source and influence of each installation link are analyzed. A single error model is established. The maximum error propagation link is analyzed by accumulating the limit error of multiple links. Based on this, an optimal control method for directly controlling the mounting accuracy of the float connector is proposed in the docking mechanism coordinate system. According to this method, the float capacity of the float connector can be determined. Finally, the correctness of the method and precision control of the floating capacity index was verified by the actual installation of the floating circuit breaker of the liquid circuit and the ground insertion / detachment test.
