2010年10月,警方发布消息,蒙牛利用网络恶意攻击伊利“QQ星儿童奶”一案告破。在这起有预谋的商业诽谤案中,公关从业人员利用网络传播的匿名性与便捷性进行恶意公关的行为值得我们反思。这既是公关从业人员素质不高的体现,也反映出在新媒体背景下,公关活动更加难以规范。只有企业家、公关从业人员和政府的共同不懈努力,才能有效地解决这一问题。
