由于受传统文化的影响,特别是几千年专制文化的影响,国人头脑中的官本位思想根深蒂固,往往把“升官”作为是否实现人生理想最重要或者是唯一目标,把自身价值的实现看得远远胜于团队价值的实现。相比之下,西方人自由、平等、博爱的民主思想和团队协作精神显得比我们文明和进步多了。作为国民经济的重要支柱,国有企业员工的官本位思想是抑制其活力进一步增强的因素之一,如何进行有效的引导,是国有企业应该研究的重要课题。对于怎样淡化国有企业员工的官本位思想,增强国有企业活力,提出以下对策和大家共同探讨:第一,找准“官本位”思想产生是根源,对症下药。
