借鉴国内外学者的相关研究,阐述高校图书馆组织创新的内涵与意义,并以量化实证方式探讨江苏地区高校图书馆的组织创新行为,以及影响高校图书馆组织创新行为的相关因素。研究结果显示,馆员个人参与程度,以及组织创新气氛中的领导支持、组织鼓励等对于高校图书馆的组织创新行为具有显著的正向影响。此外,研究也发现,个人决策权对高校图书馆组织创新行为具有显著的负面影响。
Draws lessons from domestic and foreign scholars, expounds the connotation and significance of university library organizational innovation, and explores the organizational innovation behavior of university library in Jiangsu Province and the related factors that influence the organizational innovation behavior of university library in quantitative and empirical way. The results show that the personal involvement of librarians and the leadership support in the atmosphere of organizational innovation and organizational encouragement have a significant positive impact on the organizational innovation of university libraries. In addition, the study also found that individual decision-making power has a significant negative impact on organizational innovation in university libraries.
