目的:通过现场环境调查、采样进行蛔虫卵检测计数,了解都匀市农村土壤中土源性线虫病流行动态及影响因素,掌握流行规律预测流行形式,为地方制定防治对策与评价效果提供科学依据。方法:按照《全国土源性线虫病监测方案(2011年修订版)》要求,选择都匀市王司镇新平村作为监测点,随机采集10户居民环境中土样检测计数蛔虫卵。结果:检测40份土壤样本,土源性线虫病感染率为40%(16/40),户均感染率为60%(6/10)。结论:该地区土壤中土源性线虫病感染率明显高于全国平均水平,应加强环境卫生治理,改进改善水源净化集中供应和人畜混居状态,加强儿童和中老年人线虫病防治,是控制该病的有效措施。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the epidemic situation of soil-borne nematodes in rural soil of Duyun City and its influential factors through field environmental survey and sampling, and to grasp the popular form of epidemic prediction and to provide a scientific basis for local prevention and control measures and evaluation results . Methods: According to the requirements of National Soil Encephalitis Surveillance Program (Revised Edition 2011), Xinping Village, Wangji Town, Duyun City was selected as the monitoring point, and the ascaris eggs of 10 residents were collected randomly. Results: In 40 soil samples, the infection rate of soil-borne nematodes was 40% (16/40) and the average infection rate was 60% (6/10). Conclusion: The soil infection rate of soil-borne nematodes in the area is significantly higher than the national average level. Environmental sanitation should be strengthened to improve the centralized supply of water sources and the mixed state of humans and animals, and to strengthen the prevention and control of nematodes in children and the elderly.
