在现行防灭火方法中,往往由于受到所使用材料、设备的限制,致使应用上有一定的局限性。如何探寻就地取材和简便易行的防灭火方法,是我们研究的课题。基于“氧化是引起煤炭自燃的主要因素,采空区漏风又是造成氧化的症结所在”的原理,提出利用 W 型通风抑制井下煤自然发火的研究课题。自1977年3月份起,平庄矿务局古山煤矿与抚顺煤炭研究所在古山二井选择三个采煤工作面,进行了井下防火工业试验。近三年的时间,做了定期系统地通风参数及采空区情况观测,取得了一些技术数据,摸索了一些工作经验,达到了预期目的。
In the current fire prevention methods, often due to the use of materials, equipment restrictions, resulting in some limitations on the application. How to explore the local materials and easy way to prevent fire, is our research topic. Based on the principle that “oxidation is the main factor causing spontaneous combustion of coal, the air leakage in the goaf is the crux of the oxidation.” The research topic of using W-type ventilation to suppress spontaneous combustion of underground coal is proposed. Since March 1977, the Pingzhuang Mining Bureau, Gu Shan Coal Mine and Fushun Coal Research Institute have selected three coal mining face in Furuyama-2 to carry out underground fire protection industry test. In the recent three years, regular systematic ventilation parameters and gob area observations have been made, some technical data have been obtained, some working experience has been explored, and the expected purpose has been reached.
