目的:建立烫伤合剂中金银花所含黄酮类成分槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为色谱柱KromasilC18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(50:50),流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为350nm,测定烫伤合剂中槲皮素的含量。结果:经测定,烫伤合剂中槲皮素的质量浓度在0.80~8.00μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率为102.3%,RSD为2.36%,槲皮素的质量浓度为68.83μg/mL。结论:该方法快速简便,专属性强,重现性好,可用于烫伤合剂中金银花主要成分槲皮素的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of flavonoids in honeysuckle contained in scald mixture. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used on a Kromasil C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid (50:50) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a column temperature of 30 ° C. The detection wavelength was 350 nm. Determination of scald mixture of quercetin content. Results: The results showed that the concentration of quercetin in the scald mixture was in the range of 0.80-8.00μg / mL, the average recovery was 102.3%, the RSD was 2.36%, the concentration of quercetin was 68.83μg / mL. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, specific and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of the main component of honeysuckle in scald mixture.
