选择蛋白是膜整合糖蛋白的一个家族,它能够识别从另外一个细胞表面伸展出来的特异的糖基团,并与之特异性结合,因此它也是细胞表面受体。选择蛋白有一个小的细胞质结构域,一个单次跨膜的结构域,一个大的细胞外片段,在这个片段上可分为几个结构域,包括最外端的具有凝集素作用的结构域。选择蛋白(Selectin)是一类与白细胞运行密切相关的C类动物凝集素家族,包括E-选择蛋白、P-选择蛋白、L-选择蛋白三种,主要介导细胞黏附、炎症发生、以及淋巴细胞归巢。选择蛋白及其配体可以作为信号分子促进肿瘤的转移,在肿瘤转移过程中起到了关键作用。其中,L-选择蛋白主要介导了肿瘤的淋巴道转移过程。近年来研究发现,甘露糖受体(MannoseReceptor,MR【)1】作为L-Selectin新发现的配体,直接参与了肿瘤细胞的在淋巴道的粘附和转移【2】。
Selectins are a family of membrane-bound glycoproteins that recognize and interact with specific carbohydrate groups that extend from the surface of another cell and are therefore cell-surface receptors. Selectins have a small cytoplasmic domain, a single transmembrane domain, and a large extracellular fragment that can be divided into several domains, including the outermost lectin domain. Selectin is a class of C-type lectin family that is closely related to leukocyte operation, including E-selectin, P-selectin and L-selectin. It mainly mediates cell adhesion, inflammation, Cell homing. Selectins and their ligands can be used as signal molecules to promote tumor metastasis and play a key role in tumor metastasis. Among them, L-selectin mainly mediates lymphatic metastasis of the tumor. In recent years, it has been found that mannose receptor (MR) [1], as a recently discovered ligand of L-Selectin, is directly involved in the adhesion and metastasis of lymph node in tumor cells [2].
