近年来,在补体的组成、激活途径(包括激活过程中放大与控制)、生物学作用及病理状态的变化等方面均有较大的进展。尽管现已知道,补体参与免疫反应(包括抗体形成)、炎症、变态反应、血液凝固以及各种病理过程,但其主要作用仍然为调理作用及溶菌(细胞)作用,它们在抗感染方面具有十分重要的意义,本文拟在介绍补体的若干进展后,概要地评述补体在抗感染中的作用。
