种质资源是育种工作的物质基础。晒烟在我国种植历史悠久,资源丰富,由于其特有的生态类型和适应性,在特色烟草品种的选育上,往往具有很重要的利用价值。发掘具有自主知识产权的烟草重要性状功能基因,克隆与烟碱、有害成分、主要抗性、香气物质等主要性状调控机制相关功能基因的研究,对于加速品种改良进程,培育高香气、低危害、等突破性新品种,全面揭示种质资源的遗传背景,确立我国在烟草基因组研究上的核心优势,更好地发挥烟草模式作物的基础研究作用具有重要意义。植食性昆虫的侵害和机械损伤能够诱导茉莉素的合成,进而促进烟草尼古丁的生物合成,但是尼古丁合成的分子调控机制并不清楚。通过深入研究烟草烟碱合成关键代谢酶的功能和作用机制,探索烟草尼古丁代谢的合成调控研究,克隆、分析不同化学型主要致香物质和有害成分合成及代谢的相关基因,比较分析基因变异与有关物质含量或种类差异的关系,对于烟草的降焦减害和增香作用具有现实而重要的意义。
Germplasm resources are the material basis for breeding work. Sun-cured tobacco has a long history of planting in our country and is rich in resources. Due to its unique ecological type and adaptability, sun-cured tobacco often has a very important value in the selection and breeding of characteristic tobacco varieties. To explore the functional genes related to the important traits of tobacco with independent intellectual property rights, cloning and functional genes related to the regulation of major traits such as nicotine, harmful ingredients, major resistance and aroma substances, and to accelerate the process of variety improvement, cultivate high-aroma, low-hazard, It is of great significance to reveal the genetic background of germplasm resources in an all-round way, establish the core advantages of our country in the study of tobacco genome, and give better play to the basic research of tobacco-mode crops. Botrytis insects and mechanical damage can induce the synthesis of jasmine, and thus promote nicotine nicotine biosynthesis, but the molecular mechanism of nicotine synthesis is not clear. Through further studies on the function and mechanism of nicotine synthesis of key metabolic enzymes in tobacco, this paper explored the synthetic regulation of nicotine metabolism in tobacco, cloned and analyzed the genes involved in the synthesis and metabolism of the main aroma components and harmful components in different chemical forms, The relationship between substance content or species difference is of realistic and important significance for the tar reduction, harm reduction and flavor enhancement of tobacco.
