本钢7号高炉(2850m3)自投产以来,一方面通过对新设备、新技术的消化吸收;另一方面通过深化内部管理,加强生产组织,找准基本操作制度,保证了生产的长期稳定顺行,提高了高炉应对外部条件(主要是原燃料条件波动)的变化能力。实现了高炉生产高产、优质、低成本的目标。本钢七号高炉高炉2850m3高炉是公司在淘汰1070m3级小型高炉后取而代之的一座现代化大型高炉,自2005年9月5日投产以来,一方面通过对新设备、新技术的消化吸收、锐意创新;另一方面通过深化内部管理,加强生产组织,找准基本操作制度。保证了生产的长期稳定顺行,提高了高炉应对外部条件(主要是原燃料条件波动)的变化能力,形成了自己的一套高强度冶炼体系[1]。实现了高炉生产高产、优质、低成本的目标。
