汶川MS8.0震发生6年来,震区泥石流数量增多、性质复杂,而强震-暴雨叠加区的泥石流尤为特殊.小岗剑泥石流位于龙门山断裂带极重灾区绵竹市,且处于四川省两大暴雨区之一的鹿头山暴雨区中心,其灾害特征及防治对策与震前常规泥石流存在显著差异.在对比震区大量泥石流沟的基础上,分析了该类泥石流沟在形成、活动及危害等方面的典型特征,提炼了其独特的治理难点,并在防治设计实践中提出了相应的防治对策.通过竣工后的运行监测,证明各项防治新技术具有较好的适宜性和有效性,可为强震扰动区泥石流治理研究和工程设计提供新的思路和借鉴.
