工业主义制造了“机器体系”中时间与空间的共享性、人与人之间的区隔,具有自然本性的、以情感为纽带的家庭关系被瓦解,它也型构了现代性自身的“反思性监控”体系与机制——一套理性化的监控管理制度。工业主义与社会生活不可随意肢解,否则就会在通往终极价值的桥上忘却了终极价值。本文认为,单位制度变迁与革新过程中,应对工业主义进行合理的反思与反省,以推陈出新。与工业主义相抗衡的是单位制度观念、血缘亲情伦理,而并非单纯的精英主义。单位制度一方面要吸纳工业主义的优势——工序管理的数字化、精细化、开放的市场化,另一方面也要在共享价值与意义的活动与仪式中回归与呈现集体情感的愉悦与畅快,企业是“成长”起来的,并非“培植”而成的。

On the one hand, the unit system should absorb the advantages of industrialism - the digitization and refinement of process management and the open marketization; on the other hand, it should return to and present the joy and care of collective feelings in the activities and rituals of sharing values and significance, Business is “growth ” up, not “cultivation ” made.
