水轮机调速器的主配压阀铸铁壳体在翻砂过程中难免有砂眼孔隙。我们曾在4~#机组大修中发现T-100调速器主配压阀壳体上多处有砂眼渗油现象。我们采用1.5毫米厚的铝板复盖在壳体盖里面的回油腔一侧作为应急处理(见图)。在采用此法时,先剪裁一块略大于壳体盖的铝板,一边按照壳体盖上螺丝孔打好孔眼,用角铁将一边压紧上好螺丝,将铝板压在主配压阀壳体盖内,然后用木锤按照壳盖敲成弧形,复盖在壳盖内。这其中特别要注意铝板与四周壳盖接触面的平整,不然易渗漏。铝板成形复贴在壳盖上,然后一圈均匀上紧螺丝。经过几年运行证明,这种
