本文分析了疾病预防控制系统的人力资源特点,针对目前疾控系统人力资源管理的情况,提出将“胜任力模型”引入到疾控体系这个特殊行业,探索建立一种新的更适宜的人力资源管理方法,以加快疾控体系建设的步伐。
This paper analyzes the human resource characteristics of disease prevention and control system.
