本研究对10m.2260m,3400m,4600m,5020m不同海拔地区公路施工现场不同负荷的工种分组测试的肺通气量、心率、劳动时间率资料进行了对比分析,结果表明:实测肺通气量随海拔升高呈线性增加(P<0.001);心率在4600m以上有显著性差异(P<0.01);劳动时间率呈阶梯性下降,分别为平原地区(10m)的85.4%,68.4%,63.2%,48.1%。讨论分析了变化差异的原因,提出实测肺通气量、静息心率较能真实地反映生理负荷水平和高原劳动保护建议。
In this study, the data of lung ventilation, heart rate and labor time were divided into groups of 10m.2260m, 3400m, 4600m and 5020m under different load at different road construction sites. The results showed that the measured lung ventilation increased with altitude (P <0.001). The heart rate was significantly lower than 4600 m (P <0.01). The working time rate decreased steeply, which were 85.4%, 68.4%, 63.2% and 48.1 %. The reasons for the differences in the changes were analyzed and discussed. It was suggested that the measured lung ventilation and the resting heart rate could truly reflect the physiological load and the suggestions for labor protection in the plateau.
