目的 研究深覆牙合患者矫治前后下颌及髁状突位置的变化。方法 选择 4 0例用方丝弓技术矫治的青少年深覆牙合患者 ,分别对其矫治前后下颌后退接触位 (RCP)、牙尖交错位 (ICP)进行检查 ,确定 2者是否为同一位置 ,应用螺旋CT观察其矫治前后髁状突在关节窝中的位置变化。结果 矫治后 2位者的比例由 2 2 5 %上升为 80 % ,由 1位变为 2位者为 2 5例 ,其髁状突至关节窝后斜面的距离明显增加 ,平均为0 2 0mm± 0 0 3mm。结论 在制定矫治计划及矫治过程中应充分考虑到牙合与颌位的关系 ,以达到功能牙合。
Objective To study the changes of mandibular and condylar position before and after correction of deep overbite patients. Methods Forty adolescent deep overbite patients treated with square arch technique were selected to examine the mandibular retrograde contact position (RCP) and the cusp position (ICP) before and after orthodontic treatment to determine if they were in the same position. Spiral CT was used to observe the changes of condyles in the joint socket before and after the correction. Results The proportion of 2 patients after correction was increased from 225 to 80%, 25 patients changed from 1 to 2, the distance between the condyle and the posterior face of the joint fossa increased obviously, with an average of 0 2 0mm ± 0 0 3mm. Conclusion The relationship between occlusal and jaw position should be fully considered in the process of developing the orthodontic plan and the corrective process so as to achieve functional occlusion.
