对SA302B材料在常温和315℃的拉伸性能以及断裂韧性进行研究。结果表明:在315℃中温拉伸试验中发生了动态应变时效,表现出了抗拉强度增大和锯齿屈服现象。在断裂韧性测试试验中,常温条件下试样的断裂韧性与取样方向有关,沿平行于轧制方向组试样的断裂韧性比垂直于轧制方向组试样的断裂韧性要大;在315℃时,平行组试样的断裂韧性值减小,垂直组试样的断裂韧性值增大,这是由于两组试样的断裂韧性对应的上平台温度不同所致。
The tensile properties and fracture toughness of SA302B at room temperature and 315 ℃ were studied. The results show that the dynamic strain aging occurs at 315 ℃ in the medium temperature tensile test, showing the increase of tensile strength and serrated yield. In the fracture toughness test, the fracture toughness of specimens at room temperature is related to the sampling direction. The fracture toughness of specimens along the direction parallel to the rolling direction is larger than the fracture toughness of specimens perpendicular to the rolling direction. At 315 ℃ , The fracture toughness values of parallel samples decrease and the fracture toughness values of vertical samples increase, which is attributed to the different fracture toughness of the two samples.
