目的:为今后疆内更加有针对性的开展热线咨询工作,为热线咨询服务更能满足目标人群的需求提供依据。方法:分析2005~2007年新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院皮肤性病门诊咨询热线人工接听电话的原始记录。结果:2007年的求询者总人数较往年增多。求询者群体具有相对稳定的人口学特征,以男性、20~39岁的青壮年、乌鲁木齐市、大中专高中学历为主;维吾尔族求询者占多数;求询者的最主要信息来源是电话和报纸。求询内容以传播、预防为主。62.6%的求询者自述有过婚前性行为和嫖娼等高危性行为。82.8%的求询者存在心理问题,以恐惧、焦虑为多见。结论:今后本院应针对求询者相对稳定的特点开展咨询。
Objective: To provide more targeted hotline consultation work in Xinjiang in the future and to provide the basis for hotline consulting services to better meet the needs of target groups. Methods: Analyze the raw records of artificial telephone calls from the consultation hotline of the outpatient dermatology clinic in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2005 to 2007. Results: The total number of people questioned in 2007 increased compared with previous years. The group of people inquirer has a relatively stable demographic characteristics, with men, young adults aged between 20 and 39, Urumqi, and senior high school graduates as the main schools; Uyghur inquiries account for the majority; the most important sources of information for people seeking the information It is a telephone and a newspaper. The contents of the inquiry are mainly dissemination and prevention. 62.6% of the respondents stated that they had high-risk sexual behavior such as premarital sex and delirium. 82.8% of the respondents had psychological problems, and fear and anxiety were more common. Conclusion: In the future, the hospital should conduct consultations on the relatively stable characteristics of the people who are asking for advice.
