During the 40 years after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the construction of corporate culture in China focused on whether it was simply to take the road of ideological and political work, or to take a simple management path to complete this new socialist enterprise system. Practice has proved that the most effective way to build a corporate culture with Chinese characteristics is the combination of scientific management and ideological and political work. Our party started from ideological and political work. Twenty-eight years before liberation, we took it from small to large and seized national power. In the early years after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, given that we did not have experience in managing companies, we received help from Soviet enterprise management, and at the same time, we did not lose our minds.
