为了促进瑜伽在高校的发展和普及使多元化的音乐进入高校瑜伽课堂,从而调动学生的积极性和让学生更深的体悟瑜伽。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,从瑜伽的课程形式与内容的角度分析,主要对音乐在高校瑜伽课程中呼吸练习、体位练习、冥想练习的应用进行研究。本文研究旨在完善瑜伽教学中音乐的选择与应用,推动瑜伽在高校瑜伽课中的普及与发展。
In order to promote the development and popularity of yoga in colleges and universities to diversify the music into college yoga classes, so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of students and allow students to better understand yoga. In this paper, we use the methods of literature review and expert interviews to analyze the form and content of yoga curriculum, and mainly study the application of music in breathing exercises, posture exercises and meditation exercises in college yoga classes. The purpose of this paper is to improve the selection and application of music in yoga teaching and promote the popularization and development of yoga in college yoga classes.
