目的研究延续性自我管理教育方法应用于1型糖尿病患儿管理工作中发挥的作用。方法选择本院40例1型糖尿病患者,根据管理方法的差异依次设置对照组和研究组,对照组行常规临床教育管理,研究组在常规教育基础上另给予延续性自我管理教育。结果研究组按时用止痛药率为97.96%,明显高于对照组的85.29%(P<0.05);研究组控制行为评分、血糖监测评分以及遵医嘱用药评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对1型糖尿病患儿,给予常规教育的基础上加强延续性自我管理教育能够取得良好效果。
Objective To study the role of continuous self-management education in management of children with type 1 diabetes. Methods Forty patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected. According to the difference of management methods, the control group and the research group were set in turn. The control group was given regular clinical education management. The research group was given continuous self-management education on the basis of routine education. Results The analgesic rate of the study group on time was 97.96%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.29%, P <0.05). The scores of the control group, the blood glucose monitoring group and the prescribed group were significantly higher than those of the control group ). Conclusions For children with type 1 diabetes, regular self-education can be achieved on the basis of strengthening continuous self-management education.
