通过拉伸试验、弯曲试验、脉动拉伸疲劳试验、硬度试验以及金相显微组织分析,对1.5 mm厚06Cr19Ni10不锈钢的冷金属过渡焊焊接接头的组织与性能进行研究。结果表明:06Cr19Ni10不锈钢冷金属过渡焊焊缝的δ铁素体含量约为8.0%;焊缝组织为网状、骨架状δ铁素体均匀分布在奥氏体基体上;冷金属过渡焊焊接接头具有良好的弯曲性能、拉伸性能,平均抗拉强度为684 MPa;焊缝中心硬度值为230HV,硬度值由熔合线向焊缝中心逐渐提高;焊接接头(保留余高)的疲劳强度为251 MPa。
The microstructures and properties of cold-welded joints of 1.5 mm thick 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel were investigated by tensile test, flexural test, pulsating tensile fatigue test, hardness test and metallographic microstructure analysis. The results show that the δ ferrite content of the cold-welded transition weld of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel is about 8.0%, the weld microstructure is reticular, the skeletal δ-ferrite is uniformly distributed on the austenite matrix, and the cold-metal transition welded joints With good bending properties, tensile properties, the average tensile strength of 684 MPa; weld center hardness value of 230HV, the hardness value from the weld line to the center of the weld gradually increased; welded joints (remaining height) fatigue strength of 251 MPa.
