川西北矿脱硫厂的生产污水,含污染物种类较多,污染物浓度变化也很大,有原始数据记载化学耗氧量 COD,1984年年平均4000~5000mg/L,1985年2月月平均3046mg/L,3月月平均1994mg/L。原设计采用 COD800mg/L 以下进行生化处理,以现有45m~3生化池二座(每座内有蜂窝填料30m~3),日平均污水量200m~3进行复算,已超负荷5倍以上。据二年多时间的污水处理原始数据说明,处理后达不到国家排放标准,COD—直超标,同时带有颜色和味。针对此问题,利用漂白粉(CaOCl_2)做了 COD 化学降解试验,现将试验效果报告如下。
