《中华人民共和国会计法》(以下简称《会计法》)公布一年多来,各地均进行过不同程度的宣传和学习。但是作为单位行政领导人,由于工作忙,时间紧,学习《会计法》有浅有深;有的带头学习《会计法》,并在实际工作中执法守法,有的则对《会计法》一知半解;有的对会计工作仍持老观念,不支持财会工作,甚至对执法的财会人员实行打击报复。因此,进一步帮助单位行政领导人了解《会计法》的内容与其切身利益关系,十分重要。单位行政领导人在实施《会计法》中有哪些职责呢?
The People’s Republic of China Accounting Law (hereinafter referred to as “Accounting Law”) announced more than a year ago, all over the country have conducted different levels of publicity and learning. However, as the administrative leader of the unit, due to the busy schedule and the tight schedule of time, studying the “Accounting Law” is superficial and deep; some take the lead in studying the “Accounting Law” and enforcing the law in the actual work while others do not understand the “Accounting Law” Some still hold the old view on accounting work, do not support the accounting work, and even retaliate against the law enforcement financial accountants. Therefore, it is very important to help unit leaders further understand the content of the “Accounting Law” and their vital interests. What are the responsibilities of administrative leaders in the implementation of “Accounting Law”?
