济源县思礼乡三合村及其周围村庄,自1981年开始,即无疟疾发生,全县的年发病率自1983年也降至1/万以下。1984年9月,三合村发生疟疾2例,1985年4——6月,又陆续发生4例,均为原虫确珍。1985年我对这一局部流行点进行了调查,现将调查结果报告于后。三合村地处半丘陵区,村南为一片稻田,利于蚊虫孳生,群众反映夏秋季蚊虫较多。查6例病人三年内无疟史及外出史,其中两例发生在1户,5
