人工智能(AI)是一门交叉和前沿科学。专家系统技术人工智能的重要分支,专家系统与CAD技术的结合是当今计算机辅助设计领域的主要方向,在此过程中,逐渐形成了智能CAD的概念。压铸模具智能CAD系统是在综合使用了传统CAD技术和人工智能(主要是专家系统)技术的智能CAD系统。它能够大大提高模具设计的质量和效率,进而提高产品的经济效益。本课题对压铸模具智能CAD系统从理论和实际应用上进行了深入的研究和探讨,完成了压铸模具智能CAD系统(DMIC)的总体设计。在专家系统方面,完成了设计型专家系统的理论模型的分析和建立工作。在知识表达方面,采用基于框架、基于规则和面向对象的知识表达方法,开发了适用于压铸模设计的设计型专家系统开发工具DMES,并建立了典型零件的压铸模设计的知识库系统。为解决压铸模具装置图与零件图的图形输出问题,利用ADS语言开发了压铸模具的图形输出系统DMCAD,用ADS语言开发出专家系统与模具CAD的数据接口ASI应用程序,从而实现了专家系统的数据形式到图形形式的转换。在本课题所开发的系统上,成功地实现了典型零件弯管压铸模的方案设计和图形输出工作,从而为系统的实用化奠定了基础。该系统将现代模具CAD技术与设计型专家系统有机结合起来,将会大大提高CAD的系统性能,对模具设计全
