人工智能技术与现代CAD技术相结合,逐渐形成了智能CAD技术。压铸模具智能CAD系统就是这一思想和技术在压铸模具设计中的实际应用。它能够大大提高模具设计的质量和效率,进而提高产品的经济效益。本文对压铸模具智能CAD系统从理论和实际应用上进行了深入的研究和探讨。在具体应用上,本文完成了压铸模具智能CAD系统(DMIC)的总体设计。在专家系统方面,完成了设计型专家系统的理论模型的分析和建立工作。采用面向对象的程序设计方法,开发了适用于压铸模设计的设计型专家系统开发工具DMES,并建立了压铸模设计的知识库系统。实践证明:面向对象技术对于建立设计型专家系统是非常有效的。在图形输出方面,开发了压铸模具的图形输出系统DMCAD,并开发出专家系统与模具CAD的数据接口。做为对系统的实践检验,成功地实现了弯管压铸模的方案设计和图形输出工作,从而为系统的实用化奠定了基础。该系统将现代模具CAD技术与设计型专家系统有机结合起来,将会大大提高CAD的系统性能,对模具设计全过程提供有力的支持。压铸模具智能CAD系统对硬件环境要求较低,系统具有开放性的开发环境,可以根据需要扩展整个系统或各子系统。在研究和开发的过程中形成的一套方法和技术,适用于各种类型的机械产品设计智能CAD系统的开发,具有一
Artificial intelligence and modern CAD technology combined with the gradual formation of intelligent CAD technology. Die-casting mold intelligent CAD system is the practical application of this idea and technology in die-casting mold design. It can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of mold design, thereby enhancing the economic benefits of the product. In this paper, the intelligent CAD system of die-casting mold has been deeply studied and discussed from theory and practice. In the specific application, this paper has completed the overall design of die-casting mold intelligent CAD system (DMIC). In the aspect of expert system, the analysis and establishment of the theoretical model of design expert system have been completed. Using the object-oriented programming method, DMES, a design expert system development tool suitable for die-casting mold design, was developed and a knowledge base system of die-casting mold design was established. Practice has proved that object-oriented technology is very effective for establishing a design expert system. In the aspect of graphic output, we developed DMCAD, a graphic output system of die-casting mold, and developed a data interface between expert system and mold CAD. As a practical test of the system, the successful design of the elbow die-casting mold design and graphics output, which laid the foundation for the practical system. The system combines modern mold CAD technology with design expert system, which will greatly improve the system performance of CAD and provide strong support for the whole process of mold design.
