我在教学中遵循的原则是“以生为本”。备课前首先想到的是:学生是否喜欢和期待上这一节课?备课过程中我想到的是:这一节课学生是否有“两得”?即是否得到了语言文字的积累和运用技巧?得到了良好的情感熏陶?课后我想到的是:这一节课学生学习反馈的信息渠道是否畅通?教师能否及时掌握并快速反应跟进,查漏补缺?为了遵循这一原则,我着重从以下几个方面入手:
