目的:测定异丙酚在有机和无机体系中的抗氧化作用。方法:利用电子自旋共振ESR技术和自旋捕捉法,直接观察异丙酚清除超氧离子O~-_2、羟基自由基·OH以及对中性粒细胞PMN呼吸爆发产生氧自由基的淬灭作用。结果:在无机体系异丙酚能比较有效地清除羟基自由基,而对超氧阴离子则需较高的浓度(>500μmol/L);在有机体系异丙酚在临近麻醉浓度时即能较明显地淬灭中性粒细胞呼吸爆发产生的氧自由基。结论:异丙酚能比较有效地清除有机和无机体系产生的羟基自由基,这可能是其抗氧化性的主要机制之一,Diprivan的赋形剂内脂成份可影响其抗氧化性能
OBJECTIVE: To determine the antioxidant effect of propofol in organic and inorganic systems. Methods: ESR and spin catching method were used to directly observe the scavenging effect of propofol on O 2 -OH, OH · OH and the quenching of oxygen free radicals on respiratory burst of PMN in neutrophils effect. RESULTS: Propofol was able to scavenge hydroxyl radicals more efficiently in inorganic systems than superoxide anion (> 500 μmol / L), while propofol in organic system was more pronounced near anesthetic concentration Quenching the oxygen free radicals produced by the respiratory burst of neutrophils. CONCLUSION: Propofol can effectively remove hydroxyl radicals produced by organic and inorganic systems, which may be one of the main mechanisms of its antioxidant activity. Diprivan’s excipient lipids may affect its antioxidant properties
