员工援助计划的实施对组织和员工个人意义重大。但能否实施员工援助计划受到组织实力、组织所处行业、管理者态度、劳动力市场等诸多因素的影响。而且实施员工援助计划必须遵守一套严格的程序,才能达到促进员工心理健康,提升组织效能的目的。
The implementation of the employee assistance program is of great personal importance to the organization and employees. However, whether or not the employee assistance plan can be implemented is influenced by many factors such as the organizational strength, the industries in which the organization operates, the attitude of the manager, and the labor market. And the implementation of employee assistance programs must comply with a rigorous process in order to achieve the purpose of promoting employee mental health and enhance organizational effectiveness.
