提出基于遗传算法的γ刀治疗计划优化.该算法可用于优化肿瘤区靶点的位置、准直器大小和各靶点权重等主要放疗参数,从而达到肿瘤区内剂量分布均匀而又最大限度保护正常组织的目的.若干病例的计算结果表明,该优化算法可以使等剂量线与肿瘤轮廓线达到很好的吻合并能够有效地保护正常组织
The optimization of γ knife treatment plan based on genetic algorithm is proposed. The algorithm can be used to optimize the location of tumor target, the size of collimator and the weight of each target and other major radiotherapy parameters, so as to achieve uniform dose distribution in the tumor area and maximize the protection of normal tissues. The calculation results of a number of cases show that the optimized algorithm can make the isodose line fit well with the tumor contour line and can effectively protect the normal tissue
