概述医院的发展要靠人才,人才是医院的无形资产和宝贵财富。人才的产生是除高薪招聘外,对现有人员的培养。怎样培养,什么样的人才通过什么方式培养,要先对其分类和评估。把人才定位于其所在的学科内,然后再分层次培养。人才是培养出来的,人才是医院的第一资源,以调动积极因素为出发点,大力营造尊重知识、尊重人才的浓厚氛围。总之,医院应把人才培养作为一个系统工程,建立健全运行机制,创造好良好的培养环境。
