华为收购美国3Com公司一事因美国政府干涉最终失败,但华为“全球合资”战略却极为成功,成为中国企业国际化的一只“金凤凰”。
Huawei’s acquisition of 3Com in the United States ended in failure because of interference by the U.S. government. However, Huawei’s “global joint venture” strategy has been extremely successful and has become a “Golden Phoenix” for the internationalization of Chinese enterprises.
