介绍了一种加工超高模量碳面板/铝峰窝结构板后埋孔的工艺方法,阐述了该方法的刀具和切削参数,并与原有的加工方法做了比较。这种后埋孔机加方法与原有方法相比具有碳面板无分层、劈裂现象;后埋孔孔径精度和孔位精度高;加工质量稳定;生产效率高等优点,已成功地应用于某型号卫星的研制生产中。
A method for processing buried holes after processing ultrahigh modulus carbon panel / aluminum honeycomb structure plate is introduced. The cutting tools and cutting parameters of the method are described and compared with the existing processing methods. Compared with the original method, the post-embedding machine method has the advantages of no delamination and splitting of the carbon panel, high precision of the hole diameter after hole filling, high precision of the hole position, stable processing quality and high production efficiency and has been successfully applied to Development and production of a model satellite.
