中国乳制品工业协会:你协会《关于酪蛋白酸盐作为普通食品原料的请示》(中乳协〔2013〕88号)收悉。经研究,现函复如下:根据《食品添加剂使用标准》(GB 2760—2011)的规定,酪蛋白酸钠(酪朊酸钠)是允许使用的食品添加剂。生产使用食品添加剂酪蛋白酸钠应当符合相关法律法规和标准的规定。对于酪蛋白酸钠以外的其他酪蛋白酸盐,如需开发用于食品生产经营,应当按照使用目的和相关规定进行安全性评估并审查批准。
China Dairy Industry Association: Your Association, “Request for caseinate as a raw material for ordinary food” (China Milk Association [2013] No. 88) was received. The study, the following reply is as follows: According to “Food Additives Use Standards” (GB 2760-2011) requirements, sodium caseinate (sodium caseinate) is allowed to use food additives. Production and use of food additives sodium caseinate should comply with the relevant laws and regulations and standards. Any caseinate other than sodium caseinate should be developed and used for food production and management. Safety assessment and examination and approval should be conducted in accordance with the purpose of use and related regulations.
