目的了解四川省孕妇对出生缺陷预防知识的认知状况,为出生缺陷在宣传教育、服务方式和内容方面的干预工作提供参考依据。方法采用因子分析的方法分析孕妇孕前保健知识的掌握情况,采用广义估计方程分析孕妇对于优生知识的获取途径。结果调查了四川省6个城市及农村地区的1 200位孕妇,优生知识问卷的正确回答率为67.31%;其中风险预防知识正确率为89.26%,疾病预防知识正确率为60.09%,生育史知识正确率为52.34%,叶酸增补知识正确率为43.15%。结论四川省孕妇对综合保健知识掌握率总体不高。其中风险预防知识维度掌握情况较好,但在叶酸增补和生育史方面知识较低。
Objective To understand the status quo of pregnant women in Sichuan Province on the knowledge of prevention of birth defects and to provide a reference for the intervention of birth defects in publicity, education, services and content. Methods The method of factor analysis was used to analyze the mastery of prenatal care knowledge. The generalized estimating equation was used to analyze the ways of obtaining prenatal knowledge from pregnant women. Results The survey of 1,200 pregnant women in 6 cities and rural areas of Sichuan Province showed that the correct answer rate of eugenics questionnaire was 67.31%, the correct rate of risk prevention was 89.26%, the correct rate of disease prevention was 60.09%, and the knowledge of fertility history The correct rate was 52.34%, folic acid supplement knowledge correct rate was 43.15%. Conclusion Pregnant women in Sichuan Province have generally low knowledge of general health care. Among them, the knowledge of risk prevention has a good grasp of the dimensions of knowledge, but the knowledge of folic acid supplementation and fertility history is low.
